Every Syndrome de East piece is one of one. Please review the photographs, measurements and item notes carefully before placing your order.

Final sale

All purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, sizing or personal preference.

EU and French customers

If a mandatory right of withdrawal applies to your order, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the item back.

To request a return under a mandatory legal right, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or the order is incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and make it right.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
