Estimated delivery times

• Europe — around 3–8 days with La Poste (Colissimo), depending on the destination.
• Ukraine — around 5 working days with Nova Post.
• Russia — around 20 days.

These estimates start when the parcel is handed to the carrier and do not include order preparation. Customs checks, public holidays and local delivery conditions can add time. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Get in touch before placing your order so we can confirm the current dispatch and delivery estimate for your destination.

Your address

Please check your name, address and contact details before paying. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away with your order number. Once a parcel has been sent, an address change may no longer be possible.

A delivery problem?

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email us with your order number so we can look into it. For a damaged parcel, photos of the packaging and item help us understand what happened.
